We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, sizes, colors and images for blouses, swimwear, hats and scarves. Minor color variations may exist due to different device screen displays, which do not count as product defects.

All prices shown are in the displayed currency, excluding shipping fees and possible import duties or taxes for your destination country.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an obvious incorrect price appears for an item, we may cancel your order before shipment, and will fully refund any payment you have made.
Inventory is subject to change. We cannot guarantee stock availability for every listed item.

4. Orders & Payment

Submitting an order is your purchase offer. We retain the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including out‑of‑stock, suspected fraud, payment failure or policy violation.
Payment must be completed at checkout. We support third‑party payment methods. All payment processing is subject to the third‑party provider’s own terms.
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance.

5. Shipping, Customs & Import Duties

Processing time will be stated on our store page before dispatch. Shipping time is estimated and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to logistics, customs clearance, weather or force‑majeure events.
For cross‑border deliveries, import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
Risk of loss for goods transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of your parcel.

6. Returns & Refunds
